DESCRIPTION
MONO-CAST 1000 is a single component, fast setting, high
strength, refractory grade binder matrix.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix MONO-CAST (and any fillers) with water for between 2-10
minutes by hand or with an electric drill and paddle. The
amount of water will vary according to use. Using between
10-25 weight percent water has generally proved desirous.
Working times of between 30-40 minutes are typical but will vary
according to ambient and component temperatures.
FILLERS
MONO-CAST can be used with or without fillers. Our
refractory binders are compatible with a variety of fillers.
The weight percents of MONO-CAST and the various fillers will depend
on desired results.
WARRANTY: BINDAN warrants its products to be free of
manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase, if the
products are used according to BINDAN’s instructions prior to their
expiration date. BINDAN will replace the defective products. Such
product replacement shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy
for any claim under this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all
other warranties, expressed or implied. BINDAN makes no warranty of
merchantability or suitability of its products for any particular
purpose. BINDAN disclaims all liability for incidental,
consequential or indirect damages or losses of any kind arising out
of the use of these products.
